SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
All our products are shipped from our parts warehouse in Shenzhen, China. Once you place an order with us it is then processed at our warehouse and your order will be shipped within 5 business days. Your order will be delivered between a estimated 2-4 weeks. Please note shipping delivery times may vary on different products and where the order is being shipped.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for some reason you would like to cancel your order please contact us before our team has shipped your order. If you contacted us after your order has been shipped we have no way of stopping the delivery therefore when you receive your product you must send it back to our New Zealand address. When we receive it and check there is no damage to the product, you will receive a 50% refund or you get the option of spending the money you paid on another product from our shop. If you have received the package and would like a refund please contact us and we will work something out. Please note if the product is damaged when sent back you will receive no refund. Also we do not take any responsibility if the product caused any harm. Some products offer warranty but you will have to contact us to find out.
